- Customers who are supplying specific images to be included in the graphic artwork must provide 2257 documentation. This applies to any image that includes a face shot in a soft or hard core image.
- Customers need to indicate specific dimensions of the artwork: Height, Length, File Size and File Type
- Customers who wish to have specific text to be included in any artwork must clearly indicate this information. However, depending on aesthetics and available space, we cannot guarantee the usage of all provided text.
